We are David and Callum Robertson. Being related is probably why we share the same odd combination of skills: Storytelling, business strategy, and psychology. We both love how it’s challenging to inspire people, join groups together and achieve extraordinary things, because the reward is so great. We rail against the idea that removing humanity from business is efficient, effective and better for profit - it simply isn’t. Neither is dehumanising the customer and their experience. To this day, 100% of businesspeople and 100% of customers are human. For anything extraordinary to happen, human beings have to make it happen.
